Current Research

I am undergraduate student majoring in French and Biochemistry. This is my first research experience at Montana State University, and I am exploring the enzyme Nitrogenase found in the organism Azotobacter Vinelandii. Specifically, I am probing the protein-protein interactions between the Fe and the MoFe proteins of the enzyme by making amino acid substitutions at residues Glutamate 68 and Isoleucine 103. Outside of lab, I enjoy running, skiing, hiking, Frisbee, badminton, and all that jazz.
