Chem Stores
Our NEW LOCATION is behind the Chemistry and Biochemistry Building on the north west side in the small brick building. The entrance is on the back side which faces away from the parking lot.
MSU Chemistry Stores provides an on-campus source for commonly used laboratory supplies and chemicals. Business hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 to Noon, Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 4.
The Chemistry Store hours for Thursday June 2nd will be changed to 8:30am to 12 noon (only for June 2nd). The Chemistry Store will also be closed on Monday June 6th. Please note the Chemistry Store will still be closed on Fridays for the summer. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The store will reopen on Tuesday with regular summer business hours.
All purchases must be charged to a Banner index approved by the MSU Business Office. We cannot accept cash, checks, credit cards or One-Cards, and we do not ship or deliver.
Sales of ethanol are limited to MSU departments and research groups and other government agencies. Other chemicals also can be purchased by approved businesses, but not by individuals. Bring your own container if you are purchasing ethanol or other bulk solvents. A list of items normally carried in stock can be viewed on-line. Price information can be obtained by calling 994-4101 during store business hours.
In order to reduce our current inventory we are offering many items at substantially reduce prices. The prices shown in the inventory reduction list will remain in effect while current supplies last. Many of these items will not be restocked.
